Terms and Conditions for Mutual Transfer

Welcome to Mutual Transfer! By downloading, installing, and using the Mutual Transfer mobile application (referred to as "the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and your continued use of the App after any such updates will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Use of the App

The App is designed to help users find mutual transfer partners by searching for and matching profiles. By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your profile or conducting a search.
• Keep your account and login details secure and confidential.
• Use any coins or in-app purchases solely for the purposes outlined in the App, such as viewing profiles or making purchases within the App.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you will be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Keep your account information up to date.
• Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

4. Coins and In-App Purchases

The App provides a virtual currency system where users can purchase and use coins to unlock detailed profiles or access certain features. By using the App's coin system, you agree to the following:

• Coins can be purchased through in-app purchases and are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
• Coins are used to access certain features, such as viewing detailed profiles.
• Coins have no monetary value outside of the App and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency.
• Mutual Transfer reserves the right to modify or discontinue the coin system at any time without notice.

5. User Conduct

As a user of the App, you agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent yourself.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with the operation of the App or the enjoyment of other users.

6. Termination

Mutual Transfer reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited activities. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, and any unused coins or access to profiles will be forfeited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mutual Transfer will not be held liable for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with the use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Mutual Transfer provides the App on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App’s functionality or availability. We do not guarantee that the App will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
